recognizing and re-establishing emotional and physical relationship with their bodies,
addressing issues related to body image, resistance to being in one’s own body,
feeling shame about body and sexuality, and other issues related to sexual or gender
identity. In addition to these, we work on being friends with one’s body, coming to the
body more comfortably and easily with clients who have social conditioning in line
with gender roles, using various integration exercises.

including Down Syndrome, Autism, Cancer Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis (MS),
Vertigo Disorders, various spinal conditions, and pregnancy. These workshops utilize
somatic dance body practices, and bodywork techniques with emotions to enhance

the near future as part of the publishing house’s program.
